Refund policy

Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition in which you received it

Returned in its original packaging

Complete with all accessories, manuals, and components

Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return your order by contacting us at:

You must then return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.

Only should you send your return back after your return request has been approved via email. 

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Sale items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order.
