What can I make my KOOKD pot?
Rice, noodles, pasta, soups, oats, steamed vegetables, and simple one-pot meals.
How do I make rice?
You can make rice by using the measuring cup provided and adding 2 cups of rice (wash your rice!) and add 3-4 cups of water.
Press the start button and it will select the rice function. Press it again to begin.
Your rice will be cooked in approx. 35 minutes.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?

Your return must be unused, in it's original packaging with all components included.
Where are your products manufactured?
It’s manufactured in China with a trusted production partner, and designed and branded by us here in Ireland.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is €7.50 for Republic of Ireland and €10 for Northern Ireland.
What is your warranty policy?
Your warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Faults that occur under normal, intended household use
If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement, or refund at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Incorrect use or misuse of the product
- Failure to follow the provided instructions
- Accidental damage (e.g. drops, spills, water damage to electrical parts)
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Commercial or non-household use
To ensure your warranty remains valid, please:
- Use the product only as intended
- Follow all safety and operating instructions
- Avoid overfilling or using incompatible contents
- Ensure correct voltage and safe electrical use
